LISBON — “The Columbiana County Park District” is the new official Facebook page for the county park district after several social media address changes the past several months. Lawsuit, counterclaim between Diamondback and East Liverpool dismissed

LISBON — A lawsuit filed by Diamondback Dumpsters against the city of East Liverpool and a counterclaim filed against the refuse company by the city have been dismissed. According to a Columbiana County Common Pleas Court entry filed recently, attorneys indicated as of May 15 that a resolution of the case had been reached, but had not filed an agreed entry of judgment or dismissal as was requested.
