LISBON — A man sentenced to prison last year for allegedly being impaired during a 2023 crash which seriously injured a woman is out of jail after an appeals court agreed his blood sample wasn’t refrigerated properly. County commissioners authorize engineer’s office to seek bids for manholes project

LISBON — A Columbiana County engineer’s project to replace and rehabilitate manholes along Dresden Avenue in St. Clair Township received the go-ahead from commissioners to seek bids for the first phase of work.
