EL Rotarians make donation
The East Liverpool Rotary Club recently made a donation to the East Liverpool Youth Academy (ELYA). Rotary Club President Tyler Barnhouse, center, presented the check to Stu Wallace, left, and Troy Chisom, right, who accepted the donation on behalf of the organization.
