Yellow Creek Township new business introduction The Yellow Creek Township trustees will host a question and answer session regarding a new business relocating into the township at 6 p.m. Feb. 3 at the Highlandtown Volunteer Fire Department. Dog licenses deadline extended
LISBON — The last day to buy 2026 Columbiana County dog licenses has been extended through Wednesday, Feb. 4, due to weather conditions, without an added penalty of $12 per license. One-year license is $12, three-year license is $36 and permanent is $120. Keep in mind that multi-year licenses for any dogs that have the year 2026 on the license or later, they will not be listed on the applications and do not need renewed.
