East Liverpool income tax department announces change in payment provider The East Liverpool City Income Tax Department is announcing a change to a new payment provider. The new provider, Paystar, will accept credit, debit or ACH payments online at https://secure.paystar.io/checkout/city-of-east-liverpool-taxes. Museum of Ceramics to host lecture on the Sandy and Beaver Canal

The East Liverpool Museum of Ceramics, located at 400 E. Fifth St., will host a free public lecture on Aug. 29 at 3:30 p.m. Professional engineer Doug Bacso of Cleveland has spent years researching the entire 73-mile Sandy and Beaver Canal system. Through extensive study, Bacso has created detailed maps and drawings documenting the canal and its locks.
