EAST LIVERPOOL -- East Liverpool City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, has earned the Leapfrog Full Transparency Badge, recognizing the hospital's commitment to publicly reporting information about patient safety and quality through the annual Leapfrog Hospital Survey.
The Full Transparency Badge is awarded to hospitals that complete, affirm, and submit all sections of the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, one of the nation's leading voluntary reporting programs focused on patient safety, quality, and transparency.

East Liverpool City Hospital has earned a Leapfrog safety grade of "A" from 2018 to 2026 and is the only hospital in the region to receive the Grade A award which echoes East Liverpool City Hospital's commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care. East Liverpool City Hospital was awarded the 100 Top Hospital award from 2018-2025 and celebrated multiple quality awards, such as Forbes Top Hospital, and Healthgrades Excellence in Quality and Safety Award in 2026 for their ongoing dedication to patient safety and exceptional care.
The Leapfrog Full Transparency Badge appears on Leapfrog's public ratings website and identifies hospitals that have committed to openly sharing information about their performance.
