Dino Detectives

The Wellsville Carnegie Public Library is hosting a presentation of the Carnegie Museum of Natural History Dino Detectives. The event gives children in kindergarten through sixth grade a chance to travel back in time and experience a world ruled by massive plant eaters and vicious carnivores. Due to limited space in the program, registration is required for the event which will be held Nov. 20 at 4 p.m. at the Wellsville Carnegie Public Library. Registrations can be made by contacting the library at 330-532-1526.

Road closure

A portion of County Route 12 (Shepherd Valley Road) will be closed from milepost 0.0 to milepost 0.40 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Wednesday for road maintenance. Motorists must use an alternate route. Alternate Routes: Use County Route 3 (Washington School Road) or Park & F 801 (Tomlinson Park Road). Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
