NEWELL - CHANGE Inc. is asking business owners to help "Paint the Valley Pink" by decorating their business in pink during the month of October.Those interesting are asked to call CHANGE at 304-797-7733 to sign up (it's free) and help raise awareness throughout the area. Deadline is Oct. 12.Businesses receive poster, ribbon, and contest rules. Decorations must be up and pictures submitted by Oct. 13.
