Wilda Kathleen ‘Kathy’ Russell 1932-2025 EAST LIVERPOOL — Wilda Kathleen “Kathy” Russell, 93, of East Liverpool, passed away Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, at Stonepear Pavilion in Chester. She was born July 21, 1932, in Smithfield, W.Va., the daughter of the late Asa and Mae (Starkey) Stout. In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death on Aug. 15, 2011, by her husband, John Richard “Dick” Russell, whom she married Sept. 17, 1948.
