William ‘Bill’ Clark 1941-2025 William “Bill” Clark, 84, of New Cumberland, W.Va., passed away on Oct. 13, 2025 after a long happy life. Born June 15, 1941 in Weirton, W.Va, to the late William and Thelma Clark, Bill graduated from Weirton High School in 1960 and proceeded to marry the former Karen Beatty on Nov. 20, 1964. He was employed by Weirton Steel for nearly 40 years as a lab technician in the tin mill until retiring in 2000.
