Chester weather advisory The Chester Street Department is prepared for the upcoming storm and will be out during the storm. If you do not have to be out on the roads, stay home. During the storm, priority will be to keep the roads going in and out of the city as clear as possible. Those would be Pyramus, Sixth Street and Fairview Road. Secondary priority road staus goes to the numbered streets (first, second, third, etc.) and hills. Side roads will be done last. Do not call during the storm for snow removal. Wellsville parking ban WELLSVILLE — Due to the predicted winter storm anticipated to hit the area Sunday night, Mayor Bob Boley issued a parking ban from 6 p.m. Sunday through 6 p.m. Monday.
