Columbiana County Common Pleas

In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Misty R. Williams, 41, Main Street, Wellsville, was placed on four years community control and sentenced to four days in jail for assault and two counts of complicity to commit aggravated assault. Williams helped Zakhira Williams assault Diane Callehan and Desarae Callehan, as well as causing harm to Breanna Shreve on Oct. 25, 2106.

Christopher A. Brown, 42, Youngstown, was placed on three years community control for felonious assault, a second-degree felony. On Dec. 5, 2016, Brown assaulted Eric Mellinger using a large military style knife to wound Mellinger’s neck. Brown was credited with 50 days served in the county jail.

Heather B. Power, 30, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating the terms of her intervention plan. The plan, which she was placed on for possession of drugs, was dishonorably terminated and she was placed on community control under the same terms and conditions. Power was arrested with cocaine on March 14, 2015.
