Investigators seeking help from the public to identify burglary suspect

Hancock County investigators are hoping the public can provide information leading to the arrest of a suspect responsible for the early Tuesday morning burglary of an area business.

According to a post to the county sheriff’s official Facebook page, deputies are seeking the identity of a suspect who broke into the Subway on U.S. Route 30 at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, through the glass restaurant door and went straight to the cash register and then to the safes.

He is believed to have entered and exited from the Pennsylvania side of Route 30.
