The East Liverpool Water Department has issue a precautionary boil order for anyone affected by the water break today in the East End of town, once water is restored. This boil order will remain in effect until satisfactory bacteria tests are completed. The department will provide an update once bacteria testing has been completed and the boil order is lifted.
