Kirby leaps to third straight regional berth

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — East Liverpool senior Kailynn Kirby leaped to a third straight regional berth Wednesday. Kirby placed fourth at the St. Clairsville Division III district track and field meet, clearing 4-foot-10. The top four finishers in each event advance to the regional meet at Muskingum University next week. She was the only local regional qualifier on Wednesday.
