BROOKE PRINCIPAL CHARGED WELLSBURG, W.Va. — Brooke High School principal Eric James was jailed on Thursday after being charged with felony counts of intentionally intercepting or attempting to intercept wire, oral or electronic communications and breaking and entering a non-residence after recording devices were found in locker rooms at the school.
