VOGT STILL UNDER THE WEATHER CLEVELAND (AP) — Guardians manager Stephen Vogt will miss his second straight game Monday night because of a viral infection. Bench coach Tony Arnerich, who is Vogt's housemate in Cleveland, will serve as acting manager again when the Guardians host the Los Angeles Angels in the opener of a three-game series. ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Beaver Local junior Landon Wheatley and Oak Glen junior Orien Bone won individual events at the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference Championship finals on Saturday. Wheatley, the indoor state champion, won the boys high jump by clearing 6-foot-6 at Red Devil Stadium. He repeated as the Columbiana County champion on Thursday.
