Jones leads Beaver girls golfers

CALCUTTA -- The Beaver Local girls golf team topped United, 186-214, Tuesday at Beaver Meadows.
Brenna Jones led the Beavers with a 44. Mya Anderson and McKenzie Ash had 45 and Emy Druschel and Carlee Crabtree added 52s.
COLUMBIANA 166, EDISON 183
COLUMBIANA -- The Columbiana girls golf team improved to 8-2 after beating Edison, 166-183, Tuesday at Valley Golf Club.
Claire Banner led the Clippers with a low round of 37. Maddie Jackson had a 38, Nia Missos 44 and Victoria Buckingham 47.
For Edison, Kallie McKeegan had a 40, Bella Evans 47 and Madyson Cornell and Teagan Basinger added 48.
