COLUMBIANA — The fourth annual Land of the Free 5K drew a record 197 runners Saturday at the Shaker Woods Festival Grounds.

Logan Redfern of Kensington and Tanner Hoffer of East Palestine were the overall men’s and women’s winners, respectively.
