MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Kaden Dragisich had a single and double, while Noah Willey struck out 13 while walking just two in a 6-0 Oak Glen win over Columbiana on Thursday in baseball action.

James Rohbeck had two hits for the winners.

The Clippers scattered four singles. Avery Young took the loss with six strikeouts and a walk in 4 2/3 innings.

Oak Glen is 3-8 and will host Steubenville Catholic Central on Monday.

MALVERN –Lisbon made quick work of Malvern with a 19-1 win in four innings on Thursday.

Ashton Hinchliffe had four hits and five RBIs for the Devils. Marc Moore added two hits and two RBIs. Nick Peruchetti added two hits.

Logan Sturgeon was the winning pitcher with seven strikeouts and a walk in four innings.

Lisbon is 2-0 and will be play at 7 p.m. today at Salem.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Beaver Local ended its Myrtle Beach trip with a 3-1 mark after a 10-0 win over Knox Central (Kentucky) in five innings on Thursday.

Addie Thurik threw a perfect game with 15 strikeouts. She threw 56 pitches and 46 went for strikes.

She added two doubles, a single and an RBI. Gianna Congrove had a double, single and two RBIs. Macie Bourne had a double, while Brylee Curtis had a triple.

Beaver Local is 7-2 and will host Brooke on Monday.

RICHMOND — Edison’s softball team solved Oak Glen 5-2 on Thursday.

Landess had three hits including a double for Oak Glen.

Brayley Lash had a single and double. N Heath had a double.

Mattie Carney took the loss with four strikeouts and a walk in three innings.

Oak Glen fell to 4-3. The Golden Bears are scheduled to host Linsly today.

WEIRTON, W.Va. — Weirton Madonna’s Kendal Ryan struck out 14 on her way to leading the Blue Dons to a 2-0 win over Wellsville on Thursday.

Makayla Landess had two hits for Wellsville and was also the losing pitcher with seven strikeouts and a walk.

Wellsville (2-3) will be at Malvern on Saturday.

MALVERN — Lexi Brabant’s two out RBI single in the bottom of the seventh lifted Malvern to a 13-12 win over Lisbon on Thursday.

Lisbon came back from eight runs down in the first inning to go up 11-9 in the fifth inning.

Aria Reckner had a single, double and two RBIs for the Devils. Delaney Pickens had two hits and three RBIs.

Lexi Roush was the losing pitcher with two walks, two strikeouts and two earned runs in 5 2/3 innings.

Lisbon is 2-4 and will travel to United for two games on Monday.
