By From Staff Reports 3 min read

BELMONT -- There's no stopping Union Local senior running back Brody Perzanowski.

Perzanowski ran for 189 yards and four touchdown runs on 25 carries in leading the Jets past Beaver Local, 33-14, Friday.

Union Local won its third straight to improve to 4-2, while the Beavers had four turnovers to drop to 3-3.

After Colby Carpenter threw a 36-yard touchdown pass to Ryder Gainer on a flea flicker on the opening possession, Beaver Local responded as Aiden Price hauled in a 5-yard pass from Wade Foster to close within 7-6 with six minutes left in the first quarter.

Perzonowski took over from there, breaking tackles and scoring on runs of 16, 14, 34 and 24 yards for a Jets 33-6 lead.

The Beavers scored with 16 seconds on Chris Warrick's 5-yard catch from Reid Schwerha.

The Jets had more yards rushing (244-64) and total yards (288-226).

Foster completed 12-of-27 passes for 116 yards with two interceptions, while Schwerha was 4-of-6 for 46 yards with one interception. Lane Jones was the Beavers' leading rusher with 42 yards on eight carries.

Both teams play Friday with Beaver Local hosting Youngstown East and Union Local traveling to winless Cambridge.
