RICHMOND -- East Liverpool's Anderson Fitch had a single, double and an RBI as the Potters downed Edison 6-3 on Friday.
Eli Suznevich, Evan Tice and Malachi Reed had a hit and RBI each for the Potters.
Reed guided the Potters (2-4) on the mound with four strikeouts and two walks in the complete game win.
East Liverpool is at Weir Saturday.

SALINEVILLE -- Southern came back from a three-run deficit in the first inning to down Jefferson County Christian 6-5 on Friday.
Mason Pitts had a single, double and RBI to lead the Indians. Zac Mayfield's two-run single in the fifth put the Indians on top for good.
Brown was the winning pitcher with five strikeouts and a walk in five innings.
Southern is 3-0.

Minerva 10, Lisbon 2
MINERVA -- Minerva built a six-run lead through four innings and was able to topple Lisbon 10-2 on Friday in baseball action.
Ryan Carpenter led the Devils with a double and two RBIs. Aiden Myers and Mark Moore also had hits for Lisbon.
Myers took the loss going 3 2/3 innings with four strikeouts and six walks.
Lisbon is 0-3.

Minerva 11, Lisbon 0
MINERVA -- It took a while for Lisbon's softball team to get on the field this season, but the Blue Devils finally opened the season with an 11-0 loss to Minerva in five innings on Friday.
Lisbon started out the season with low numbers and the season was in jeopardy at the end of March before the school district was able to scrape together enough players to field a team.
Krystin Reckner had Lisbon's only hit.
Morgan Lively took the loss with seven strikeouts, six walks, eight hits and six earned runs in four innings.

Edison 12, Oak Glen 6
RICHMOND -- Edison clobbered Oak Glen 12-6 on Friday in softball action.
The Wildcats scored five runs in the third inning to take control.
For the Golden Bears, Lough had Smith had three hits and two RBIs each. Mattie Carney had two hits including a double. Martung had a double.
Carney took the loss with six runs surrendered over three innings with five strikeouts and one walk.
Oak Glen is 7-3 and will play Linsly at Weir today.
