Thanks & Spanks
SPANKS, writes a reader, to certain residents in Chester, W.Va., who have overgrown and unkept yards. They should take more pride in their community and have respect for their neighbors.
THANKS, writes a reader, to the employees of Bob Evans and the good samaritan who responded to a medical emergency when my elderly aunt became suddenly ill during lunch. The good samaritan not only provided medical assistance to my aunt, but she also comforted my parents during this very stressful situation and even paid for their lunch. Additionally, THANKS to all the employees who went out of their way to get them through this. This shows how much good there is in our community where people pull together in times like this.
SPANKS, writes a reader, to the Democratic Party for trying to block Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination until after the midterms. He has done six thorough background checks for the FBI and White House, and no police reports and nothing ever found. SPANKS to those who don’t understand the Statute of Limitations is 10 years.
THANKS, writes a reader, for the number of students, school faculty and staff, and members of the community who took part in the “See You At The Pole” prayer event held at various locations within our communities.
