SPANKS, too, to these same parents for smoking on the playground. It is one thing to choose to expose your children to cigarette smoke, it is entirely another to expose others’ children.

SPANKS, writes a reader to Mother Nature for teasing us with warm weather one day, as temperatures reached into the 80s, and then dropping the temperatures to below freezing within 24 hours. Now snow in the forecast? It’s April!
