SPANKS, writes a reader, to those who believe they own the roadway and place markers in their yard so the snowplow’s blade won’t mess up their yard. It’s called an easement. THANKS, however, to snowplow drivers who do the best they can to plow our roadways – you all are appreciated.

SPANKS, writes a reader, to the couple at a local Chinese restaurant who belittled and spoke down about a gentleman, who served in our military, his wife and their children. That man you talked about fought overseas for our country, and fought for the freedom you have to go out and enjoy things.
