SPANKS, writes a reader, to the East Liverpool sanitation employees I see routinely dumping recyclables in with the regular trash when collecting in Pleasant Heights.

SPANKS, writes a reader, to whomever is in charge of the overflowing garbage cans in the East End.

THANKS, writes a reader, to the nice lady at Dollar General in Calcutta for paying the 63 cents I was short of for my purchase. I was so embarrassed. You are an angel.

SPANKS, writes a reader, to members of East Liverpool City Council for saying the new business on Pennsylvania Avenue is not looking good. It looks better then it did before and council should be more concerned what the Car Barn looks like. It is a disgrace to the city.
