Great safety forces, caregivers

Dear Editor:

On Friday June 29, I fell very ill at my home and I collapsed on my bathroom floor. I was sweating and was short of breath. I thought I was having a heart attack. I could not stand up and my wife called the Wellsville Police Department and Life Team E.M.S.

I did not have a heart attack, however sepsis infection was going through my body which made me very sick.

I would like to thank officer Steve Rodgers and the other police officers that responded, as well as my old fellow employee Scott Wilson and the crew from Life Team E.M.S. They both did a great job.

I also would like to thank the East Liverpool City Hospital E.R. doctors and nurses for their great care. I would also like to thank the nurses on the 5th floor, as well as the nurses aids. I thank my family physicians, Dr. Tae Jung and Dr. Mumtaz Husain, for their great care.

I owe my life to all of these people.

I was feeling much better after two days in the hospital. Again thank you East Liverpool City Hospital, Wellsville P.D. and Life Team E.M.S.

We have great safety forces and medical professionals in our area. God bless you all.
