Dear Editor:
I know people hate paying taxes or even going to the tax office to file but I don't think people appreciate and understand how lucky they are when dealing with the East Liverpool Tax Department.
I have always had wonderful service and both ladies work very hard explaining the rules and the ins and out of the tax department.
I just went this Tuesday to file my city taxes and as always they're open right on time with a very friendly face. I only go once a year, but thanks to those lovely and helpful ladies it's a wonderful experience.
They really make a bad situation better and I hope people really appreciate them both.
