Dear Editor:
Who is responsible for the lights on the highway leading onto the Ohio/West Virginia bridge? Who is responsible for the lights that line the road leading into East Liverpool coming from the East End? Could this have been a factor in the accident where a truck hit the split abutment and flipped into the river?
It is a dangerous situation that has been ongoing for too long! A thick fog really intensifies the danger.
