Dear Editor:
We toured the New Castle School of Trade --what a beautiful building inside and out.
I was especially amazed at the original hardwood floors upstairs. What a wonderful addition to our city. We are becoming quite the college town.
I have been in business here in the city for 55 years (Mille's Beauty Center, Walnut Street) and am very proud to be part of this wonderful city.
I would also like to thank Kent State University and Scott College of Cosmetology.
