Dear Editor:
To those in charge of safety with driving, I ask please turn on the city lights for the entrance and exit ramps off state Route 11, in downtown East Liverpool and Calcutta.
It has been dark on the ramps in the downtown and Calcutta area for a long time. The safety of our drivers needs to be considered, especially during the long dark winter hours.
I drive these ramps daily and have a hard time seeing the road at times and I am sure the senior citizens can voice their opinions on this matter also.
Please help all drivers to drive with safety and to avoid a serious accident in the future!
