I would like to acknowledge the fine job that the Columbiana County Fair Board has done the past several years. There have been many improvements to the fairgrounds and it is a good thing for our community.
This Fair Board has been the most active board in a long time. I, too, walk the fairgrounds everyday and see many people working to plant flowers and take care of them, paving, improving the track for events, etc. Yes, there are always improvements to be made, but they will come.
I don’t think any of the board members would do anything to harm the environment, in fact, it has been improved upon greatly.
Hats off to those who work hard to make the fair and the grounds a great place to visit and to enjoy during the year. Also, thank you, for those who volunteer their time to take care of the grounds, paint buildings, and do whatever needs done.
