Choices

2 min read

Dear Editor:

Choices. Everyone has to make them. Some will make you happy – others can destroy lives. March 15 will be a day you have a choice. The presidential election choice on Nov. 8 will depend on the one you make in March.

Jan. 21, 2017, will be the day we all have to live with. I’m scared. Why? Because the news media is doing exactly what they did eight years ago to get Obama elected without informing the people of any, or lack thereof, his principals. We learned the hard way exactly what he thinks of our country.

The media only covers Trump, Rubio, Sanders and Clinton. We are never told any information on their background that would actually help us make an informed decision. The one they ignore is Ted Cruz.

I did some investigating on my own – you never know until you dig really deep on the Internet. The Democratic establishment has pretty much bought the nomination for Hillary Clinton (but at this point what difference does it make). The Republican establishment will buy either Trump or Rubio unless the people make it known that they will not put up with their tactics again.

There is another candidate, Ted Cruz, who Trump and Rubio have joined against. Why? My opinion is they know that neither of them can beat Clinton, but they won’t admit that Ted Cruz can. A conservative constitutionist. Haven’t had a president like that since Lincoln.

This will be the most important election in history, or the last one you will vote in as a truly free American. As I said, choices will be made, and hopefully our children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren will not be forced to live with the after affects of our choice.
