Charles W. ‘Charlie’ Micheals 1949-2025 Charles W. “Charlie” Micheals, 76, of Chester, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025. Born in East Liverpool on Feb. 13, 1949, Charlie was the son of the late Guy M. and Caroline Colbert Micheals. He was a proud 1967 graduate of Oak Glen High School and a dedicated member of the Chester community throughout his life. Charlie served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps and remained a proud veteran. Tammy Hoschar 1964-2025 Tammy Hoschar, 61, of Wellsville, passed away on Sept. 23, 2025. She was born on July 6, 1964, the daughter of the late Gary Phillips and Joyce (Dalrymple) Reed. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheena Hoschar. She is survived by a daughter, Brittany Hoschar of Chester; a brother, Troy Phillips, and a sister, Dawn Thrasher, both of Wellsville; a fiance, William Flowers, at home; and stepdad Donald Reed. Ronald A. Siegman Ronald A. Siegman, 70, of Toronto, passed away Sept. 28, 2025. He was born in Weirton, the son of Mildred (Ward) Siegman of New Cumberland and the late William Siegman. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his partner Renia Siegman. Besides his mother, he is survived by a son, Donald Siegman of Toronto; and two stepsons, Brad and Mike Tingler. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Bradley, Nathan, Brandon and Skylar; and a sister, Cynthia Siegmen of Mannington, W.Va.
