Born Feb. 13, 1954 in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late Robert and Ruth Ann (Mays) Duke Sr. He attended the Salvation Army Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister and a brother. Surviving are his wife, Angela (Alford) Duke of East Liverpool; a son, Robert E.
