EAST LIVERPOOL — Wesley Springer, 72, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away December 1, 2021. Born in East Liverpool, Ohio on March 22, 1949, he was the son of the late Harry and Olive (Hood) Springer. Mr. Springer served in the United States Army. He was retired from Denoon Lumber. He was preceded in death by two brothers; Harry Springer Jr. and Eugene Ernest Springer; and two sisters, Brenda Springer and Sandy Springer.
