Stephen M. Lara, 63, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away May 12, 2022. Born July 28, 1958 in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late the Florintino and Edna (Masters) Martinez. Stephen worked for the International Labor Union Local 809. He was an avid Steeler Fan and a member of the East Liverpool Orioles. He enjoyed animals and gardening. He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Natalia, two brothers, Richard Plum and Joseph Lara and a sister, Vickie McKenzie.
