BEAVER — Charles Lee Bailey Sr., 65, of Beaver, Pa, passed away July 9, 2022. Born August 7,1956 in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late Robert and Betty (Hull) Bailey Sr. He proudly served in the United States Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Dusty Bailey; a son, Raymond Wright; a brother, Robert Bailey Jr. and two sisters, Kathy Hawkingberry and Linda Farnsworth. TORONTO — Renia Siegman, 63, of Toronto, OH, passed away July 9, 2022. Born December 2,1958 in Weirton, WV, the daughter of the late Carl and Eileen (Tate) Beagle. Surviving are her husband, Ronald Siegman of Toronto; three sons, Michael Tingler of Louisiana, Bradley Tingler of Wellsville, and Donald Siegman of Toronto; seven grandchildren; and a sister, Kay Pickering of New Manchester. Born January 13, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Chalmer T. and Martha Helen Adkins Nicholson. She spent most of her lifetime in this area. At one time she worked for the Department of Defense in Washington D.C. during World War II.
