Born, on January 17, 1932, in East Liverpool Ohio, to late parents Norvil Reed and Anna Reed (Ward). Ramona (Monie) lived in the East Liverpool area her entire life. Monie and her late husband Lester Bragg, raised nine children. She had a feisty personality and loved her dog Cookie along with a good cup of coffee.
