EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio - Tracy L. Dunlap, 68, of East Liverpool, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026, at East Liverpool City Hospital.
Tracy was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on April 29, 1958, a daughter of the late D. James "Jim" and Mildred "Milllie" (Corradi) Hays. She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1976. Tracy enjoyed doing Sudoku puzzles, going shopping and spending time at Mountaineer Race Track Casino. She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins and one of her favorite moments was the time she got to meet Brian Trottier and get her picture with him. Most importantly, she was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Preceding Tracy in death was her brother David Hays.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, whom she married April 20, 1984, Brian Dunlap; son Austin Dunlap and his companion Sarah Evans; Michael Doughty, whom she considered her son, and his wife Lindsey; mother-in-law Diana Dunlap; two brothers-in-law, David Dunlap and his wife Tracy and Bill Dunlap and his wife Janet; sister-in-law Saundra Hays; niece Amanda Rizer and her husband Zaq; three nephews, Scotty Dunlap, Shane Dunlap and Sammy Dunlap; two great-nieces; one great-nephew; and good friend Tammy Palma.
A private service was held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
