LISBON -- Nell Ruth Clark of Lisbon, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026, and is now resting in the arms of GOD.
Nell was born Dec. 28, 1931, in Smith Ferry, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Paul E. Redmond and Mary Margaret Black Redmond.
Nell was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years and the love of her life, Melvin H. Clark. Also preceding her in death were two sisters: Clara M. Humphreys and Sarah J. Jilbert; one bother, Paul T. "Tom" Redmond; one grandson, Mark Clark; and one great-grandson, Wyatt Reed.
Surviving Nell are her children: Michael H. (Janice) Clark of Warren and Rhonda L. (Richard) Reed of Lisbon; grandchildren: Jason (Candy) Reed, Bradley (Elizabeth) Reed, Rachel (Mike) Palmer, Michael, Rachel, and Sean Clark; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Nell lived a life devoted to GOD and her family. Besides her Bible, she loved reading a good mystery, working puzzles, and watching her Hallmark movies. Nell faithfully attended The House of Prayer in Calcutta until health no longer permitted her to do so. Nell will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

By the request of Nell, no services will be held. Burial will be in the Lisbon Cemetery.
Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with assisting the family with Nell's arrangements.
