WELLSVILLE -- Floyd "Buddy" Pringle, 69, died Monday at Suma Health Akron City Campus. He was born Feb. 18, 1957, in East Liverpool, son of the late Floyd M. Pringle Sr. and Margaret (Russell) Pringle. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
