WELLSVILLE — Ruth E. Hood, 94, of Wellsville, died Wednesday at Calcutta Health Care Center. She was born Nov. 12, 1931, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late John and Gladys (Woolley) Morris. Roberts Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
