Jean was reunited in Heaven with her loving husband, Frank Hanlon, on July 14, 2026. She was 93 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents Claude Edward (Eddie) and Delma Brewer and sisters Jerry DeFilippo, Sue Fisher and Ruth Quick.
Left to cherish her memory are children Daniel Hanlon and Debbie (Terry Smith) Burcham; granddaughters Nicole (Scott) McHenry, Amber (Gary) Collins and Brianne Burcham; great-grandchildren Darius Deitch, Alivia Shablesky, Evan, Christopher, Adam and Andrew Collins; great-great-grandsons Kai and Koen Collins; and her sisters Nancy (Richard) Daughtery, Carol Lynn Dunlevy and Patti (Sam) Simmons.
A private burial is scheduled with the immediate family. The Nixon Funeral Home of Newell is in charge of arrangements.
