Janet Sue Rice

Janet Sue Rice was born Aug. 16, 1944 and passed away May 28, 2026.

Janet was preceded in death by her father Wilmont Grimm, her mother Helen (Lysle) Carter, her husband Allen Rice, her son Timothy Rice, her sisters Lorraine Grimm, Amber Grimm and Esther Grimm. Janet is survived by four remaining siblings, Wilmont (Sonny) Grimm, Jodi Grimm, Jeff Carter and John Carter.

Janet was a generous person with her time and resources. She was a night owl and would come to life when the moon rose. She loved to drive, whether it was her motorcycle, car, or her school bus. Janet was young at heart with a quick wit and a talent to crack a joke in any situation. She captivated hearts and will be greatly missed by her siblings, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all those who knew her.

She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
