Kenneth P. ‘Kenny’ Little

1941-2026

CALCUTTA, Ohio – Kenneth P. “Kenny” Little, 85, of Calcutta, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at his home with his family by his side leaving behind a lifetime of hard work, memories and stories that will not be forgotten.

Kenny was born in St. Marys, West Virginia on Jan. 27, 1941, a son of the late Rollie V. and Alice May (Cox) Little. He began working at the young age of 8 years old at Hill Crest Farms in Chester, W.Va. where he learned to drive tractors and developed many of the fond memories he carried throughout life. Those early years shaped the strong work ethic and an independent spirit that defined him.

In 1962, he began his career as a Truck Driver with Murray Trucking. Driving truck was more than a job to him, it was a way of life. After 44 years on the road, he retired in 2006. Following retirement, he moved to Florida, where he enjoyed many years before returning to Ohio two years ago.

Kenny had a lifelong love for his cars, Farmall tractors and camping. Whether working, traveling or spending time outdoors, he enjoyed the simple things in life and the memories made along the way.

Most importantly, he was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather that enjoyed spending time with his family.

Preceding Kenny in death were his wife Patricia Little; grandson Michael L. Fox and two brothers, Bernard Little and Delbert Little.

Left to cherish his memory are his three daughters, Kelly Jo Baer and her husband Doug, Bobbi Jo Fox and her husband Danny Wishka and Billie Jo Little and her husband Terry Baker; son William McIntosh and his wife Mary Jean; two grandchildren, Vincent McIntosh and his wife Ashley and Amanda Flynn and her husband Dave; and four great-grandsons, Ayson, Desmond, Killian and Malcolm.

Friends may visit Monday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Pastor Norm Eckert will conduct a funeral service 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
