WELLSVILLE — Jean Vallera, 89, of Wellsville, died Wednesday at Calcutta Health Care Center. She was born Oct. 14, 1936, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Hermon and Gladys (Hendricks) Heiney. Roberts Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
