Sharyn Anne Frame

Sharyn Anne Frame, 77, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2026 at Calcutta Health Care.

Born on March 12, 1949, in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of Doris and Harold Cook. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She spent her years caring for others, both at home and in her career, retiring in 2021 after many years of teaching preschool at Head Start, where she helped shape the lives of countless children.

Sharyn truly never met a stranger. She had a rare gift for making people feel seen, heard, and welcome. Whether it was a lifelong friend or someone she had just met, she would greet them with the same kindness and conversation that made you feel like you had known her forever.

Her greatest joy in life was her family. Nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They were her proudest legacy.

She is survived by her children, Starlyn Cianni (John) and Michael Loy Jr.; her brother, Ted Cook (Debbie); along with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, & a soon-to-be great-great-granddaughter

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rick Frame, and her parents.

Though our hearts are broken, her love lives on in the lessons she taught and the memories we will cherish forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
