Janet O. Carroll

LISBON — Janet O. Carroll, 89, of Lisbon, died suddenly Sunday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born Feb. 3, 1937, in Wellsville, the daughter of the late William Edward and Helen Olive (Wallace) Smith. Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville assisted the family with arrangements.
