Bonnie C. Hill

EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Bonnie C. Hill, 65, of East Liverpool, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026.

Bonnie was born in East Liverpool on July 26, 1960, a daughter of the late William S. and Bernice (Wright) Springer. She was a graduate of Beaver Local High School Class of 1978. Bonnie also graduated from Kent State with a bachelor’s degree in business. Bonnie worked as a caster and general foreman at Hall China. Bonnie was a former member of the Moose Lodge. She enjoyed playing pool and going hunting and fishing. Bonnie was a jack of all trades. She enjoyed piddling with motors and tinkering with things. Bonnie was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Preceding Bonnie in death were her brother James Springer, sister Iva Lanza, brother-in-law David Wamsley, and sister-in-law Carla Springer.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Ashley Pugh and her husband Shawn; two granddaughters, Alyssa Pugh and Emalyn Pugh; two sisters, Audrey Wamsley and Debi Krulik; three brothers, Billy G. Springer, Dave Springer and his wife Linda, and Bob Springer and his wife Rae; former spouse Jr Hill and many nieces, nephews and “adopted” children.

A private service was held by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
